>what is going on is that FPW includes information about your printer driver with the reports and therefore the information is saved as a part of the EXE. By saving the forms with a "generic" printer informaiton that's no longer available later, you are forcing the EXE to generate printer driver information at run time, which is what you really want.

There are easier ways....as I explained. Don't save the environment and all will work well.
