There's an example over on my website that shows how to send email and read the inbox content using the MAPI controls. There are also some sample in the file section here.

>Long time ago (few years back) , I have seen one small email parser software capable of doing many nice things. Unfortunately I lost it. Basically what I need is to retrieve specific attachments from incoming mail and save it operator-free in specific directory.
