Copy Files to Relative Location

I performed a search by date criteria using Explore and I want to copy the resulting files to another directory while keeping their relative directory location. For example:

Copy:

d:\dir01\filea.exe
d:\dir01\dir02\fileb.exe

To:

c:\dir01\

So that result is:

c:\dir01\filea.exe
c:\dir01\dir02\fileb.exe

There are a hundred files in the search result that I want to copy and the file structure exists on the C drive like it is on the D drive. Some files will be replaced, others will not as they are not in the result set. I tried to use WinZip on the resulting files, but it won't let; says it cannot zip any files having the same name. There are some files with the same name in subdirectories, but I don't want that to stop me from performing the copy. Any ideas? Is there a "copy with relative path" feature I'm not aware of? Thanks!

Regards, Renoir
