I installed it but It gives me the following message:
The proper context for the RI Builder has not been established
I ran the setup first and it ran straight through and said that it had installed.
I tried running the ribuilder by double clicking on it in explore or saying:
DO taxribuilder
in the command window.
I get the same message.
what am I doing wrong?
