Is this happening in your client's computer (as opossed to your development machine)? If so, you may need to create a setup program for you application and ensure that you check the "HTML Help Option" in the setup wizard.


>We are using ROBO help to create the HTML help file to our products. In the application we are setting the help to the CHM file. The problem is when we call the help from the application the CHM file is not bring up on the screen. But when I try to open it by double clicking it from the windows explorer it comes up. Can any body help me to resolve this issue. (From the manual of the ROBO help it says that we have to run HHUPD.exe on each machine where the help is installed inorder to register the dynamic link libraries. I tried with that too.)
