Just a few things off the top of my head, they may or may not apply.. Have you checked the colour of the font? as well, check the "Print When:" conditions. Is the spacing enough to fit the text? Different font sizes? etc.. If the report is okay, how about different printer drivers or workstation? I currently have code39 barcodes print without problems on multiple printers, this is from VFP6 SP5 also, but english Win98SE as well as NT4. Have you tried printing without going through the preview first?
