Hrm.. Does Hebrew windows use double-byte characters? If it does, perhaps that is having an effect? I don't have any experience with languages other than english, but I'm aware that VFP supports different code pages. Perhaps that's worth looking into.. other than bringing up those ideas I'm afraid I can't help you any further.
