So I looked it up, and by knowing its meaning and history, more questions arrise.
What context is your meaning ? the refrences I found, mostly quoted MS practices with refrence to Dr dos and other MS uses - or abuses of FUD / Java , Linux and so on.

Are you saying 'Say no to VFP FUD ? ' Just curious.
