Yes, this is about the worst thing, and it is usually acceptable. What happens here is: 1) User 1 starts editing, 2) User 2 starts editing, 3) User 1 tries to save record (TableUpdate()), and succeeds. 4) User 2 tries to save record (TableUpdate()), and fails. 5) User 2 curses, presses the "Undo" button (TableRevert(); this will undo changes, but it will also load the most recent data), and starts editing again.

This scenario is also quite improbable under most real-world circumstances.
