Hi,

So, this imples that you need to do some processing if you DO receive a response, i.e. delete the second eMail. Why not just turn it round. So when you send the first message, log the time in a table, create a task that runs maybe hourly, looks in the table to see who has been sent a message (n hours previously), then checks the mailbox for a reply. If it doesn't see one, then send the reminder.
