>Following his response to me, it's really tough at this moment to know why I bothered, that type of ungrateful attitude gets to me. We point in a lot of effort, only for him to tell me he's too busy to thank me, guess I'll be to busy to try again (at least for him).
That is an extremly bad comment you just did that. You should pay attention not the write such comment online.
You can't force anyone to reply to you asap. You just don't have any control on that. We response when we can, if we want and when the time justifies it. It's also the case about the Points system. BTW, I did the Points system, so yes, I am aware of it and if you look back at all the messages I created here, you'll see that I do usually mark them all which is not the case for some people around here. Just look at my signature, BTW, it tells it all. One other thing, look back at those messages I did over the weekend and this week, and you'll see that I was working around the clock since a week. As if that wasn't enough, I was off the net for most of the day yesterday because of a very bad ISP DNS replication problem. So, basically, everything I was doing as been delayed by a few days. So, marking messages and thanking will come later as this is not on my priority list at the moment as well as the modem stuff I was doing. That is still stand still as it was there and will be recap as soon as I find some times.
And, one last thing, as I did the Universal Thread, I believe I am certainly aware of the Proper Etiquette around here. I know what this community is all about. So, when comes time to thank and to mark messages for Points, just look back, you'll have your answer.
