>Another good one is that sql server can be case-sensitive or case-insensitive, depending on the collation sequence you use. sql 6.5 and earlier, you had to set this at the server level at install; you need a different sequence, you needed to reinstall. I don't remember how sql 7 did this (went quickly to sql2k). sql2k allows you to set it at the column level, and change it whenever.

VFP allows different collation sequences, too.
