Do a hard reset on your palm (press the reset button on the back of the palm, hold it, and turn on your palm) WARNING, THIS WILL ERASE ALL DATA ON YOUR PALM DEVICE AND RESET IT TO FACTORY! ( just had to add that :-))
On your computer, go to the c:\palm\username (substitute username for your username set up on your palm), or the c:\program files\palm\username and remove the folder referrenced to you. THat will delete your config and you will be starting from SCRATCH! So make sure you have your contacts and everything backed up before you do this.
