As I am looking at a program I did a while ago (had to abandon it because someone else wanted to control what he likes), I like to ask few questions in general.

As for phone numbers, how do you create phone fields? My guess is to have only three phone numbers and a pager number? Would the following be something you would do?

(home, work, cell, fax, pager - respectively)

harea     C(3)
hphone    C(7)

warea     C(3)
wphone    C(7)
wx        C(7)

carea     C(3)
cphone    C(7)

farea     C(3)
fphone    C(7)

parea     C(3)
pphone    C(7)

Someone mention to me a long time ago about "pin", what or how it's used and is it for pager? What about FAX for home and work?

As for email address, would you set the length be 100 characters wide? I still have not yet to know what is the standard legth for email addresses (is it 22 characters for name/ID and 30 chars for domain and 4 chars for ".net"?? What about multiple dots, like my email is CNT@bfs.uwm.edu?)
