That's a good question. The answer is: it depends how many fields the table contains that I need to display, and whether there are children records to be displayed.
I have a person object that has about 15 properties corresponding to the fields in the table. I bind the controls to these properties like you do.

I have another object, the "taxform", that has already about 50 to 70 fields and I want to use then the table fields to bind to and use the table buffered.

Another object has "children" which are multiple records that need to be displayed in a grid, I want to use a view here and set the control source of the grid to that view.

I use the same data session for the form and the business classes.
