If it's OLE/COM, use the "OLE Viewer" found under the Visual Studio "Tools" menu item from "Start".

For VFP classes, you'll need various functions like AMEMBERS(), APROCINFO(), AVCXCLASSES() ... some of which are only available in VFP 7.0.
