NODEFAULT/ This.SetFocus in a LostFocus will be respected no matter
what other object in the application is clicked. And by the way, in a grid it
needs to be NODEFAULT/ This.Parent.SetFocus to work as expected - another
quirk.

In 5.0a it is necessary to add flags and a NODEFAULT in page.deactivate. A textbox LOSTFOCUS should make sure no other object events occur.
