We need the ASCII param in REPORT FORM to tell VFP to IGNORE the printer driver and create text output according to the settings _ASCIICOLS and _ASCIIROWS, not according to whatever printer driver happens to be current.

As it is now, different printer drivers produce different ASCII text output. This is both stupid and absurd.
