Look at Ed Rauh's NetResource programming in the download section. Easiest way to find it would be to go to reports->Top 50 Posters and click on his name. Then, in the screen that follows, click on contribution summary. You'll find it in the list of the files he's supplied. BTW, please note that what you're asking for is a very time consuming process.
