Good Lord! Do you really want to do this? If I understand you correctly, you want to access the Dialogic h/w at the API level?? Bad idea - the API is horribly complex; get something like VOS from Parity Software (now owned by Dialogic) or better yet, one of their visual toolkits and use that. You can still use VFP to maintain the tables and for non-IVR-based maintenance though but I can't see why one would try to program the card from within VFP. Certainly, there is no theoretical barrier but I certainly would not ever attempt it.
