I have a simple table with one 'regular' (not primary or unique) index. From that I created a view containing the same fields as the base table. Then created a maintenance form (with the form wizard) using the view as the data source. Upon attempting to add and save a record to the empty table using the form, the application framework generates the error: UNIQUE PRIMARY KEY VIOLATION.
I recreated this same scenario using another table and it worked fine.
Thinking that the original table may have been corrupted in some way, I erased the table, view and form, cleaned up the database, rebuilt the project, recreated everything and got the same error.
HELP! Im stumped...
Many thanks,
Todd
