The only way I can find to make this work is to set the dropdown Visible to False in the Click of the button and then set it to True in the Activate of Page1 (were it really exists). This is barely acceptable to me because I know that Foxpro believes that the image should also be showing a ghost on Page2 also whereas I know that it shouldn't. Fox 1, Developer 0.

>Problem remains. In addition, I can click on the scroll bars and the ghost image will move along with the displayed records; like it's attached to one of the rows. After it moves past the top or bottom of the grid it will not reappear if I reverse the scroll bar direction. Weird! Any other ideas?

>>On Page1 is a have a dropdown list. The Valid calls the Click of a button on the same page. In the button Click is code to Requery a view and then activate Page2 which contains a grid of the records. Everything works fine if I remove that functionality and manually click on the button, but when done from the dropdown's Valid it leaves a ghost image of the dropdown over the grid on Page2. If I move within the grid the image goes away. Is calling from the Valid the problem? Does it think I'm not done with the control for some reason? Thanks!
