Hi Barbara,
Looks like you got the article from Christian.

Shortly after the change at MS, I was having the same problem with Netscape. I had also just purchased a new PC. Since I didn't know what the problem was, I downloaded a copy of Netscape 4.0, and it works fine on the MS site.
