Back up your DBC/FPT/CDX files, then
Try "PACK MEMO", if no luck,
try...

COPY TO tmpfixmemo
USE tmpfixmemo
BROWSE

If it checks out OK,
USE originaltable EXCLU
ZAP
APPE FROM tmpfixmemo

If that doesn't work, I believe there are utilites available from the download section that can parse and possibly repair corrupted memos.
