I think the problem is that the linked table (my secondary table) is acting as though it's the primary table and that's why there are not all the records being selected. I cleared the link between the primary table and the secondary table. I link on one common field between the tables. However, I still cannot figure out how to make the 4000 record table the primary as it once was and the 500 record table the secondary as it once was. I don't know how or when it got reversed, but I can't figure out how to reverse it.
