How about stuff like UML, Use Cases, Conceptual Modelling. None of that stuff is platform specific, so hopefully no matter what platform you use, you'll be more effcient at it.

Everyone is always saying "XML and Web Services, man..." so it might be nice to take a primer on those, though, get up to speed with the UDDI, that looks very cool at the moment.

Finally, it might be useful to start dabbiling with wireless and mobile solutions.
