Anyway, I'm not at all sure if it will speed up without revision. There are a lot of factors, not just VFP7. OfficeXP and WindowsXP come into the equation.

I'm somewhat constrained by my employee agreement with MS in rewriting it, because it then becomes the intellectual property of MS. That's not by definition a bad thing but I just don't want to "go there" at the present time.
