OK, yes, I saw that. I guess I'm confused. Sergey mentioned memory, and it looks like the setting for "Temporary Internet files" is for disk space?

My original question was that disk space on drive C: (yes, where the Temporary Internet files are stored), often increases dramatically after I reboot. I can check next time to see if the amount stored in that directory changes when I reboot, but I don't see anything that implies that that space is recovered upon rebooting.

Or am I TOTALLY confused here?
