In all my forms/Reports I have the following code in the BeforeOpenTables Event of the DE:

SET DELETED ON
SET TALK OFF

Unfortunately the DE isn't available in the form class so that's why I've set it for every form. For this purpose, I have empty forms for all type of form classes I use (I have 5 different ones) but with those lines in it (and 1 extra for my framework). So when I have to create a new form, I don't have to create a new one, I use a copy of a 'empty form'.
