Hi Tim,
It seems that your sample code was used to retrieve resultset by using ORACLE's ODBC, not MS ODBC for Oracle. Looks like the only way to do that is described in KB article Q221189 (which is very tedious).

If I used ref cursor, then my client (VFP) can't bind the resultset.
