Hi!
If you have a problem on Win95 computer with top-level form and SCREEN=OFF,
then take a look on article: "Q193472 - FIX: Exception Error Exiting Top-Level Form App in Windows 95".
This bug corrected in SP3. You can also install DCOM for Win95 to resolve this problem.
