My account had lapsed but I renewed it on July 2nd, with the hopes of being able to access the downloads, and get VFP almost immediately. (The unofficial comments were that VFP would be available on MSDN within a few days after RTM (release to manufacturing - Jun 26th or thereabouts.)

It took 8 calendar days from the time I gave them my credit card number before I was even able to log in to the download section. And as you know by now, the download didn't become available until late Friday evening July 21st, or possibly early Saturday.

And now, once you have the download, you need an installation key that is not yet available (someone didn't think this one out carefully).

Other people's experience may be different ... but I decided to fork over the two grand to get VFP 7.0 quickly and it hasn't turned out that way. (bummer)

If I subscribe online, will the turnaround be immediate for me to be able to download VFP7 today? I don't want to give them my credit card number, only to find out that VFP7 can't or I can't download today. (Impulsive/compulsive )
