Hi Gary,

I just got off the phone from talking with the MSDN support staff. I ordered the MSDN Universal on Tuesday of last week. They tell me that I will be able to download sometime later today. Support said the rule of thumb is 4 full business days after placing the order before you can download.

I had received an email stating I could download within 48 hours of placing an order. They told me that email was completely wrong.
