I can't get VFP 7.0 installed:

I can't get past the components update. It says:

Winmain().error.Cannot locate expected executable
tool\visual foxpro 7.0\wcu\runprog.exe c:\winnt\system32\msiexec.exe

For both components( Setup Runtime Files and XML parser.)

I also tried to run:
"S:\Applications\Microsoft\Development tools\visual foxpro 7.0\setup.exe" /NO_BSLN_CHECK

As it says in the read me but it doesn't by pass anything it just goes
into the component check again.

Any ideas.
