VB 6.0 (and I think 5.0) compiles to machine code using the same compiler as VC++; ie. you cannot "decompile" VB 6.0 once you compile it. You could create an "interpreted" version in VB 6.0 but this is usually done for development purposes only.

Older versions did not have a native compiler and could be decompiled; eg. VB 3.0.
