It has been about two business days (maybe a little less) since you sent your request. That's not lightning response by any standard. However, for a small company, it's not remarkably slow either.
I haven't had much interaction with TakeNote. However, the one time I did send a question in, I had a response within a couple of days. You might want to follow up with the company in case something got lost in the ether.
