All you have to do is add a new string value in the key listed below. The value will be inserted in your code whenever you choose comment in the editor's shortcut menu. Here are the names of the string value and the key:

Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\VisualFoxPro\6.0\Options
String Value: EditorCommentString
