>Regarding the "restless leg": I use to have what I thought was restless leg. It actually turned out that my body was deficient in a certain vitamin combination. A suppliment of Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc completely took away any of the symptoms I was having. (And thus also avoided waking my husband up in the middle of the night) Calcium was the actual vitamin I was needing, but for my body I needed the other two in order to absorb it correctly. Your wife might find it worth a try.

Thanks for the info, Sharon.
My wife and I have been megavitamine users for nearly 30 years, and the Ca/Mg/Zn connection was the first thing we checked. Blood tests showed the levels to be ok. Her problem began after she had a complete historectomy two years ago. She has it and the hot flashes under control now using progesteron.
