You probably need something like Mabry IP tools which also has POP3. You just use these objects within VFP. wwipstuff also might have POP3 capabilities in the future from what I understand. (POP3 controls let you retieve email from within VFP). There may be something easier and cheaper using Outlook - do a search in the archives..
