ActiveX controls are supposed to be independent of the programming language. That is, they should work with Visual FoxPro. However, many have only been actually tested on Visual Basic, or perhaps Visual Basic + Visual C++.
You, as a developer using Visual FoxPro, might point out problems to the developer of the ActiveX control. Or you might search for a different ActiveX control, from a different company.
