Nick,
If you will look in the help file for that ocx control it will tell you
which I think in this case is COMCTRL32.OCX. Help will also tell you where to find this
file on your system. Just include a copy of this file in you distribution directory when
you run set up. I belive step 5 or 6 ask you where to install the different parts.
