SP 3 was released May 21, 1999. I remember SP 3 cured some problems I had in developing a major client project and made VFP a stable product. It also made my client very happy! ($$$$) Frank was right about the date line and at the same time your point is well taken.

I am just glad this is not the construction industry. Imagine you are a carpenter and buy a “hammer”. It is delivered with no head. It is announced that the head will be manufactured and released sometime in the future. You are standing at the construction site waiting for the release. That is the way these software development tools are perceived when you have a specific need for something that may seem elemental to you and what you are attempting to accomplish. Just have patience and the next SP will solve all!
