Since this (individual dates) is the usual requirement, I very much doubt you will find any.
A TextBox with an InputMask should be enough for a start. You may want to add actions for pressing the "+" and "-" keys: increment / decrement current month, as the normal TextBox does for dates (it only does so if the content is selected).
