>This seems to occur if the class is instanciated in memory when you try to modify it. Sometimes VFP prevents you from modifying a class that's in use, sometimes it doesn't. When it lets you modify it and it's in memory, that seems to be when you lose your method code. Next time you run into this, exit the class designer immediately, do a CLEAR ALL from the command window, and try modifying the class again, see if that helps.

Thanks a lot, Fred. Next time I'll use your advice. In the meantime I already re-created the code in this class. Now I'm debugging it.
