I spoke too soon. This format does not work in Win2000/XP. If anyone out there is listing it would be worth some money to create a VCX that 1. Adds custom form sizes to the Win2000 Form List, 2. Sets the selected printer and paper source to that form size and 3. Returns the printer to the default form size when printing is finished. I would do it myself but I am Win32 challenged.
A problem is a problem only as long as it has a possible solution. Lacking that, it becomes a FACT!
