I live in Nicaragua, and ive been learning computers by my own since 1998, is it very hard to study here when you dont have money, therefore, ive been trying to learn by my own visual basic,vFoxpro,prolog,C++ and mostly turbo pascal.
Everything i could learn in pascal i published in a website for the people can learn from what i learned.

But the thread is not exactly about programming, is just that i would like to know if there is a way to get an scholarship from Microsoft or some enterprise that i can learn computers programming an then get a certification that says that i am a computer programmer and finally get a good job, >

let me know if this is possible, or where i can get that tuition!
