David,

This comes just a bit too late for me to use. I've given up talking to brick walls.

All I can say is that my efforts were numerous and genuine and reasonably comprehensive. I simply refuse to chase the next avenue when any avenue chased to date went exactly nowhere. One tires of fruitlessness - even one so persistent as myself.

Cheers,
Jim N

PS I do think it is stretching things just a tad to call the MS site "part of the online Help". I consider the online Help to be the Help that comes with the product and which is available to me with a hit of F1 (or its equiv. click).

>Sorry, but I assumed that you would have considered http://www/microsoft.com/vfoxpro to be part of on-line help. Please visit the site and click on FEEDBACK.

>You will see the following:
>VFPDOC@MICROSOFT.COM for issues with the printed books, books online or Help files.
