Yep. The fact that MS has acted so quickly to put the fix out, to me, shows part of their commitment to the product.

One thing comes to mind. If we were to wait for "all" the bugs to get fixed, we'd probably still be waiting for VFP 6.0 to be released. Let me give an example.

Supposedly, there are about 500,000 VFP developers. For purposes of argument, however, let's say that there are about 150,000 who have used VFP 6.0 since it's release (1998) on a daily basis. Yet new bugs were still being reported last year after four service packs. Nevertheless, it was called the most stable release until that time.

Would I like VFP 7.0 to be bug free? Sure. Do I realistically expect it to be so? No. And two years from now, I'm sure new bugs will crop up.
