We got several machines infected here at our company. Personally, I got copies of the worm already, but I didn't open them (see below).

Please note the double-extension in this worm. Configure your Windows to show all extensions - a double extension (like MyConfidencialDocument.DOC.EXE) indicates a very high probability of virus infection. (In the case of this worm, both the document sent, and the final extension, may vary. Some random document, from "My Documents", I think, is sent along.)
