Seems like copying over the DLL that was referenced in the 'DECLARE Integer FF_Scan in FoxFix5.DLL String Filename, Integer FixMode' fixed the problem.

I am going to try and mark this reply with stars (do not know if it will let me mark my own reply) not because I want to give myself the stars, but so the next strung out programmer with a client that can not get her job done can find the answer more quickly.
